Application process, steps and obligations

How does the process from applying to employment work?

 

  1. Provide us with your resume and necessary certificates for the position.
  2. Make sure you apply for PCC as it is necessary for any work in Croatia.
  3. Interview – after we check your resume and qualifications, we conduct a short online interview to make an assessment and see which company would be the best fit for you. We send your resume to the companies, but the companies choose candidates.
  4. Prepare payment and availability for education program and provide all necessary documents for work permit application: valid PCC apostilled in Croatian embassy, certificates, high school diploma, passport copy and other like drivers license if needed for position.
  5. Applied work permit – you will receive a proof of your application, educational materials and start attending Croatian classes as part of our education program before coming to Croatia.
  6. When the work permit is approved, the employer picks it up and you can apply for a Visa.
  7. When Visa is approved, we assist in your arrival to Croatia and communicate with the company to make sure everything goes well.
What are my obligations and costs as applicant?
  • Provide valid PCC and other documents in a timely manner 
  • Education program – applicants pay, receive educational materials and participate in online Croatian language classes before coming to Croatia. The cost of our program is â‚Ĵ800. We do not issue official certificates, we prepare you for government exams, basic communication and your profession.   • Provide your own plane ticket and Visa cost
